OUR CHAPTER HAS A WONDERFUL COLLECTION OF BLACK AND WHITE NEGATIVES LEFT TO US BY SOME OF OUR MEMBERS - HOWARD JOHNSTON, WILBUR WYCOFF AND ALBERT CREAMER. THEY ARE MOSTLY TRACTION AND FROM EVERY PROPERTY IMAGINABLE. MANY PEOPLE HAVE STORED THIS COLLECTION IN THEIR HOMES TO PRESERVE IT AS WE DO TODAY.
WE ARE FORTUNATE TO STILL HAVE ONE OF OUR FOUNDING MEMBERS WITH US - EDWARD T. FRANCIS.
WE RECENTLY DISCOVERED THESE NEGATIVES OF EARLY CHAPTER ACTIVITIES FILED UNDER "RAILFAN ACTIVITES" AND WOULD LIKE TO SHARE THEM WITH YOU.
PLEASE LOOK AT OUR HISTORY PAGE FOR MORE INFORMATION ON THE CHAPTER'S HISTORY

This negative was on an original list of the Chapter's heavy rail collection. It disapeared and was not there when the current curator received the collection. Upon going thru our late treasurer's papers it was rediscovered and now has an important place in the file drawer where it will be kept safe.
